As the kids get older, it's increasingly difficult to keep track of all the activities going on. So I made a white board calendar using scrapbook supplies. It's large, in a central location, and each family member has their own color.
I don't know if it will solve all our scheduling problems, but at least it's cute to look at!

You are SOOOO creative! I love this...but think it would be overkill...hmm, wait a minute...maybe not. I cannot TELL you the number of missed appts I have had lately. Between dentists, chiropractors, reg. dr., oral surgeon, ent, eye dr....my head is reeling! And that's just ME...then there's Shao's, too!!!! Maybe I DO need this! :)
I'm gonna call you one of these days SOON. We need to discuss us coming to visit...and if it would be better to hold off til next year? Could be Feb. or April 2010. I'll call...promise!
