We're up in Colorado this week, playing in the snow. When you live in Arizona, playing in the snow is a major thrill. The kids literally spent all day Friday in their grandma's backyard, sledding and building snowmen.Now we're up in the mountains skiing for a week. It's so much fun, but boy, are you tired at the end of the day!
Fortunately, the weather is great (sunny and not too cold), and the slopes are uncrowded. Spring skiing is definitely the way to go.
Here we are at the top of one of the ski runs, somewhere around 11,000 feet:
